or a Mozilla based browser, such as, FireFox,
when attempting to complete a survey.
- We recommend temporarily
disabling any pop-up blocking software.
- If you close a survey,
you must close all windows before returning to our
website
to reattempt your login.
- Improper exits from surveys
(idle timeouts, loss of internet connection, etc.)
require a 60 minute wait time before reattempting
your logon.
- Studies close as soon as
the needed number of respondents is reached.
